Morrisons Partners with Everseen to Improve Customer Experience at Self-Checkout

Morrisons, one of the UK's largest supermarket chains, has selected Everseen, a global leader in Vision AI solutions for the retail industry, in a long-term strategic partnership. Everseen will deploy its Evercheck solution across 200 Morrisons stores in the initial rollout phase, enhancing the checkout experience for customers and colleagues alike.

As customer expectations evolve toward faster, more convenient shopping experiences, self-service checkouts have become increasingly popular with Morrisons customers, ensuring a quick and efficient way to pay for items.

Everseen's Evercheck platform uses real-time computer vision to simplify the self-checkout process. Gentle, on-screen prompts allow shoppers to easily correct any missed items themselves, keeping queues moving. The software integrates seamlessly with existing systems, optimising store operations and freeing store teams to focus entirely on customer service.
